Software to fixup/cleanup/awesomize thumbnails!
 

Im not a pro at all, but i want to upgrade some thumbnails.
Smoothen them, brighten, give them nicer colors and such.

Should be easy to work with. Im not a photoshop expert at all. Something simple.

What should i use?
