Fucking Collection Agencys
somehow one of these scum bag companies got my fucking phone number and have been calling around the clock for a "Micheal Cortez"
I dont know how many times I have to tell these bottom feeders of society that there is no such person here, but they continue to call. Yesterday I finally got to speak to a supervisor and tell them there is no person here and I've had this number for 4+ years now and to stop fucking calling. He told me they obtained it from another source but will remove it from the list. The thing is I have a 310 (LA) phone number, but live in PA (its VoIP) so those fuckers will call non stop from noon to almost 11pm each night. I have one call at 11:58pm last weekend :mad: Just got another call at 12:02pm today again. If I don't answer the phone, they call back 3 times. Wow, however this guy is is in some serious hurt with this company and I'm the one stuck with them calling. Worst part is there is no fucking way to block the number with Vonage. I found a law firm that deals with collection agencies so Im going to go after them as much as I can. :321GFY |

I enjoy the calls, I just hurl abuse at the collection agent and explain what a horrible person they are and then dare them to come to my house and take my couch so I can fuck 'em up with a shotgun. It's actually quite fun. |

even though they usually ignore it, there are pretty tough laws and fines for this shit. google around to find somewhere to report them to.

Play porn audio for the collection agencies. They hate that.

Several years ago I had the same problem. I moved into a new place and got a new phone number. Every day I came home from work with a message on my machine from a collection agency looking for some girl named Lisa. Finally I called them back to tell them they had the wrong number. They first accused me of lying to them. Then they tried to imply that I was her boyfriend and was just trying to cover for her. It was insane. I just told them to stop calling me and hung up. After a few more weeks of messages they finally did stop calling.

try and have some fun with them...if its voip is it really that big a deal to get a new number?

while living in South Africa I had two cops showing at my door looking for me for hit and run; I shat my pants like 6 times in two minutes
turned out the guy that I purchased the ford sierra from had done a hit and run and it had taken them like 3-4 years to track him (well, the car owner) down, but with 50 murders per day there's little wonder that it had taken them that long |
I had the same problem exactly with one of my voip virtual forwarding numbers. Talked to many idiots at this collection agency/law firm. Finally they must have written the debt off or caught up with the person. What a headache.
