California state Assemblyman resigns amid sex scandal LOL

KCAL9 of Los Angeles reported that Duvall was speaking to someone prior to a committee hearing earlier this summer when his descriptions of sex were picked up by a microphone.
In a recording of the hearing broadcast by the station, the lawmaker talks about a recent sexual escapade with a woman he says is 18 years younger than him.
"I like spanking her," he is heard on the videotape.
"She goes, 'I know you like spanking me.' I said, 'Yeah, that's 'cause you're such a bad girl."'
He then bragged about an affair he said he was having with another lobbyist.
