Stand alone sites VS. All for 1 low price, YOUR OPINION PLEASE!
Hi everyone,
If you run an affiliate program I would greatly appreciate it if you could offer your advise on the following: I currently operate 3 exclusive paysites, each one runs separately of the others and charges $30 a month to join. I have quite a few members that have membership to all 3 sites and pay $30x3, however I am trying to figure out if it would be better to combine all sites under 1 program that will give access to all sites for $30 a month. So far I came up with these pros and cons: Cons: I will lose existing $30x3 members and $30x2 members Pros: *Conversion rate on join page will be better as I offer 2 bonus sites with each membership *Members will enjoy more content from all 3 sites and stay longer *Members will enjoy 3 weekly updates (one from each site) I'm sure that for some of you it's an easy answer, after all most affiliate programs combine all sites under 1 roof, yet I do see a lot of programs that choose to keep their sites seperated. Any input on this subject will be greatly appreciated. thanks! |
Offer both options but higher price for the all site pass.

Give it all away for free on a tube site and use the traffic to sell dating and cams.
OK, kidding. I have two sites. I give members access to both with one membership. They're entirely different sites with different update days so I just look at them as complimentary of one another and a way to increase rebill percentage. And any of my affiliates should be able to attest that our rebills are excellent. In summary, I feel that whatever I lose in initial signups and/or multiple site signups, I more than make up for in rebills. Never tested it but that's what I do. |
thanks guys
