Is chameleon submitter a dead project ?

Bought a 30 day license yesterday and can't update the database. Sent ICQ's, emails ?

Are you having problems too ?

Don't think it's dead, I get emails from them once a week or so. Might be temporary down though.

Well i get that as it's a fresh new installation (a new PC) that i need to contact them for a full database update ? I have been using this for years now. Weird ? The thing is, i paid for only a month to test a new project of mine so everyday counts in a way ?

Hope someone catches this thread and goes thru their support emails/icq

If you used your chameleon license on more than one computer (IP) then you won't be able to update DB and will have to send email to support.

It's the weekend. They take it off

They will update your database on Monday

Plus Im sure they will extend the 2-3 days you missed if you ask nicely enough.
