Well, the condition of his skull isn't from a punch, it's from being removed due to brain swelling. And he DID hit his head on the concrete.

That said, that's a helluva beatdown and far worse than anything that 99.7% of the online toughguys could dole out.

Yeah, he is getting fitted for new skull plate. He should look normal after the installation. He is also gonna need a lifetime of health care.
