Anyone Have An Emergency Contact For Best Registrar?
 

I need to re register a domain but their site won't let me log in or submit my card details.

I sent them emails but I'd like to chat with someone tonight to get this fixed.

I thought I had plenty of time to renew so I waited till today. Now I might be screwed.

their site is totally screwed up. You can't log in and if you try to get a password mailed to you you get an http error message in IE and Firefox.

The user/pass I'm using is right from the email they sent me when I signed up and it's not letting me in. I just get another error message.

Never heard of them.

Use to be simply named but they were bought out.

I stick with namecheap, dynadot, moniker, godaddy :2 cents:

I can't call them till tomorrow. I will still have time then but I'd rather get this fixed tonight.

Talked to them on the phone but didn't have much time. Bumping this thread so they see it.

I was able to log in and renew the domain but after calling them and still not getting a reply to my emails I'm getting worried.
