If the picture is unlicensed she cant use it obviously, it looks like a regular Istock photo. It doesn't mean that Sony must license it just because it's a picture of a Sony item, the photographer or designer needs to be the done licensing it.

Here is a random fact: The time you used on searching for that thing, then trying to be a smartass could have been used a lot more wisely, as example you could have fixed your Tube site, it seems all videos show double and views all show 0 :)
