Do a search for anything:

example: http://www.google.com/search?q=googl...bo=1&tbs=qdr:d

Change the qdr:d to qdr:n

http://www.google.com/search?q=googl...bo=1&tbs=qdr:n

There ya have it: realtime search (# seconds ago :))
