You could print your own. They should be personalized, anyway.

why print i want them from the website, or from the sponsor :) so, next question is, is there sponsor that is sending gifts to affiliates? :)

In our situation, we would offer these loyalty type items to client utilizing our software, so our pens would not be shaped like penises :1orglaugh

I completely agree with you on the point you are making though. It would be easy enough to allow members to "opt in" for a member rewards type program to avoid inadvertently sending these items to members who do not want them. :2 cents:
