Free Banner Design for the first person in this thread to...
Identify these peppers from left to right ;)
http://www.hotsaucehead.com/images/peppers.jpg I am about to make some salsa for the weekend and was washing various peppers and thought of this blog entry: Identifying Peppers Can you name the peppers from left to right? First person to do so will get a free banner design*... I will be away from desk for a bit since I am about to put on my gloves and start chopping some very hot things and wont be able to post, so post your guesses and I will check back in! * standard size only, no FPAs ;) :) |

The last few batches of salsa I have made were red, so I decided to mix things up a bit and today made Salsa Verde (green salsa) - While it is not as hot as my habanero salsa, it is just as tasty!
http://www.hotsaucehead.com/images/salsa-verde.jpg I made homemade tortilla chips to go with it... was in rush to snap pic and start eating so I couldnt let the bubbles go away totally if you wondering what that foam is, it comes from blending the stuff together. It goes away after a little while... Ive been making mostly habanero salsa because my habanero plants are pumping out peppers at a rate that I can't even use them all LOL very good pepper season this year. |

I actually make even more simple stuff for myself... most of my personal sites are all white backgrounds and very basic stuff, anything more is overkill. KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPIDS!! For example compare my portfolios to the overly graphic ones others have. Mine: white bg, basic logo up top, nothing else. I dont even choose a font! Others: dhtml menus, all CSS, way too much graphic work etc... http://www.getbannersmade.com http://www.15dollargalleries.com http://www.hotsaucehead.com White bg for the win! |
