Programmer Wanted: Custom CCBill Templates

I'm looking for a programmer with experience setting up Custom CCBill Templates, that will need to do post backs to our system and tie into nats.

I believe all of the systems are fairly ready to tie into each other, but someone with experience doing so would obviously save us time.
