Windows 7 Users - What do you think of the new taskbar?

I think it's pretty damn spiffy. It's a huge improvement in my opinion.

i like the show desktop button being in the corner, so you can just swipe the mouse down and hit it real quick. much better than the little icon in quick launch.

I have yet to try out this new platform.
Usually i wait 2 years with ANY microsoft software...give them time to sort shit out "which is usually needed".

Or bypass it all together like Vista or virusses like that lol

Would love to hear what people thing about Win7 though.

Shit, I didn't even notice that.
I always use keyboard shortcut for it anyway though.

It's a huge improvement over Vista.

I love it, a bit strange in the beginning, but after you get used to it, it works out quite well.

Plenty on there. It's great.

I'm loving Windows 7 for about a month now...

In comparison, Vista only lasted on a PC for 4 days before being swapped out for XP.

7 is everything Vista shoulda been.

As for the taskbar, I think it's great -- for some things like Trillian/ICQ (multiple windows, unless you use tabs) it takes a bit to get used to - but overall, I'm sticking with 7 over XP :pimp

double post

Oh yes, there's no chance I'm going back to anything.
7 is the shit. I used Vista for about a week, went straight back to XP. I'll be using 7 for the next 8 years I'm sure.

I have mine on the default where it doesn't display any text, just the icons.
