Hey, I would have used your Ticket system... but well, it doesnt work (error "License Validation Failed."). Your server (and my Virtual acc.) has been down for a couple of hours (and counting).
It's named nefarian.amerinoc.com. I think you will need to move me elsewhere because it's not the first time. |

Uhh, AmeriNOC was PhatServers before they were AmeriNOC, and PhatServers is still up, so [email protected] will work just as good as [email protected] so try those emails out.. Mike and the team are not hard to get a hold of.

Seems it was kind of hard to monitor apache on this particular machine. Sent emails to both addresses a few hours ago and just received a reply. Anyway I'm up already... and not too happy.

Always get a support reply within about 10 mins and no need to change the ticket priority.

I've never used a ticket at all, so never even dealt with 'priority' levels. Just email support from your regular email that is associated with the account and you are fixed lightening fast.
I got the same fast insane tech support when I was on $9 hosting as now when I have multiple dedicated boxes. They don't seem to differentiate. |
phatservers has always been very prompt replying to my support emails.

Well, it has been fixed eventually. As I said in #5, the regular mail to support@ has been sent and reply was nowhere near 10-30-60 minutes ;-)
It's all good now, tho. Just a little bad taste in mouth |
