In order to get a job like that which influences tens of millions of minds on a daily basis the "powers that be" require to have some sort of leverage against you. So if a guy like Glenn Beck would come on air some day and decide to actually tell the truth about what is going on in the world and who is behind it "they" can just release the evidence they have and ruin his credibility.

Most of these high visibility guys have/had drug problems and/or homosexual experiences.
