Deviantart is full of great designers and photographers... I think this is the biggest art community around the web.

I hired someone to do a project for me off diviant art. Wasn't a good experience, missed the deadline and wouldn't refund any of the deposit. I wouldn't judge the whole crowd by it though.

I expected all of these to have anthro foxes with huge cocks somewhere in the design. But instead they're good.

These are definitely some impressive designs. I'd love to get some prices from a few of these designers. Thanks Fris!

I've used Deviant Art to find talent for design. I've had some very good results (and some bad). A few emails back and forth and it's easy to tell someone's level of commitment to what they do and their freelance history. There are some very solid designers and artists amidst the myriad of talent on that site.

The nice thing is you can peruse as much as you want and find someone who's design style matches exactly what you're looking for.
