What is this code used for and should it be there, this isnt my number just one I found but you get the point

looks like some stats tracking stuff... is this on a free hosted blog or at your own domain? See if its by default in the theme used..

Yep thats right.

Well its my own domain and its not a free theme it was custom. Not sure why or how it got in there, I am removing it

Remove it and nothing will change.
