Actually tbh alot of programs will not take people for Russia. Unfortuenly your brothers have been know mainly as scammers. It sucks that a whole country gets banned but unfortuenly thats how it is ;) Kinda like trading traffic. I am always weary of trading with any one russian. Not that i am raciest towards anyone but when 98% of the ones you do business with fucks you it makes it that mush harder on that 2% of honest ones.
