Let's teach our kids to worship Obama!!

Yippee!!:thumbsup:thumbsup We should all indoctrinate ALL of our kids to follow and praise our Messiah!

Elementary School Students Taught to Sing Praises of President Obama
Nearly 20 young children are captured in an online video as they sing songs that overflow with campaign slogans and praise for "Barack Hussein Obama," as they repeatedly chant the president's name and celebrate his accomplishments.

The superintendent of a New Jersey school where students were videotaped being taught to sing the praises of President Obama issued a statement Thursday saying the taping was unauthorized, but failed to address whether the the lesson -- taught durnig Black History Month -- was approved.

A YouTube video shows nearly 20 young children being led in a song overflowing with campaign slogans and praise for "Barack Hussein Obama," repeatedly chanting the president's name and celebrating his accomplishments, including his "great plans" to "make this country's economy No. 1 again."

The video has set off families in Burlington, N.J., who say that politics shouldn't be forced on young students.

"This video is disturbing," said a grandparent named Sandy, who spoke on the condition that her last name not be noted. "I'm disturbed that someone can give their political opinions in school like this. I'm dead-set against it.

"We don't teach politics in pre-school -- or kindergarten or first grade," said Sandy, who told FOXNews.com she has two grandchildren attending B. Bernice Young Elementary School, where the video was filmed. "This has no place in the classroom. It may have been the opinion of one or two, and someone should pay the consequences for it."

School officials said Thursday the students were "singing a song about President Obama" in February "to honor the contributions of African Americans to our country."

"The recording and distribution of the class activity were unauthorized," wrote Christopher M. Manno, superintendent of Burlington Township School District, in a statement to parents.

One song that the children were taught quotes directly from the spiritual "Jesus Loves the Little Children," though Jesus' name is replaced with Obama's: "He said red, yellow, black or white/All are equal in his sight. Barack Hussein Obama."

sperbonzo 09-24-2009 01:05 PM

I can't believe no one else is disturbed by this....

.

Young 09-24-2009 01:07 PM

Shut the fuck up. That's who is disturbed by this...shut...the...fuck...up.

cykoe6 09-24-2009 01:12 PM

It is absolutely outrageous. This type if leftist indoctrination is all too common in public schools nowadays. Mao would be proud. :disgust

I have an opinion, but you wont like it. It's no big deal. Teachers had kids sending Reagan poems and shit about jellybeans. Bush outright ASKED kids to send money to afghanistan kids. Obama asked kids to stay in school and be responsible for themselves. Now some teacher (in February mind you, this is not news) had kids singing some stupid thing that had nothing to do with policy, but leave it to the image to explain that.

dyna mo 09-24-2009 01:20 PM

if you think an idiot pro-obama teacher getting her class to learn to sing that song is some sort of indoctrination conspiracy, well, then i guess i understand why people think 9/11 was a government gig.

marketsmart 09-24-2009 01:20 PM

i think its great... its about time children are taught what the world is really about...

you are either the master or you are the slave...

as you can see by having a negro president, its possible for the slave to become the master and the master to become the slave...

beerptrol 09-24-2009 01:23 PM

Damn right i'm disturbed. How dare they use the song Jesus Loves The Little Children. Sure they changed the words but they have no right indoctrinating kids to religious shit.

It is no indoctrination conspiracy. It is just individual teachers attempting to instill their own beliefs in young children rather than educating them. It is not done in some organized basis. It just represents breakdown in the educational standards that is the result of having to hire inner-city bred semi-illiterates as elementary school teachers. :2 cents:

GatorB 09-24-2009 01:27 PM

Why would any PRO-Obama person want kids to sing the HUSSEIN part? Seems more like an ANTI-Obama thing going on there.

at least you have a grasp of the situation.. the US pays our educators shit for money..

of course you are going to scrape the bottom of the barrel..

if the US put more effort into education, most of the current problems would not exist..

but then again, if people in this country were smarter they wouldnt stand for what the govts doing to them... :2 cents:

BlackCrayon 09-24-2009 01:30 PM

I'm assuming this teacher must have been instructed to "indoctrinate" the kids by the Obama administration? Otherwise who the fuck cares?

Yeha like a few years ago when my son was in 4th grade and the PUBLIC school had some Jesus freak come and talk to the kids in class about how great jesus is and handed out little bibles. That's appearantly ok.

If you think for a fucking moment that teachers do not instill some personal beliefs in all students, you are crazy. In today's society, teachers have far greater responsibilities placed on them than just "educating" the kids. As a teacher, you have to be the role model for the students because the parents at home are fucking failures. Nearly every single state has a character portion included in the state approved curriculum. Now is it a teachers responsibility to teach students to have character and morals? Not at all. That is the job for Mom and Dad who fail at that based on all of the disrespectful assholes in today's public schools. Education's responsibility is to present, transfer, and assess information and repeat if the success rate does not meet a certain percentage.

That was not indoctrinating the students. Shit, that's no worse than Florida requiring students to complete x amount of hours in community service to get a scholarship or in some districts, requiring students to complete community service to graduate. Oh yeah, this shit came in while Jeb was in office so its not a liberal thing.

The difference in education today and 20 years ago is that back then, you fucked up in school, you got fucked up when you got home in addition to the punishment at school. You didn't know the material, you failed because you sucked. Nowadays, its easy to put all the blame on teachers who are expected to take on more tasks for the same basic pay and when Junior turns out to be a loser without a future, it must be because his teacher sucked. :thumbsup WTF.

Yes, I'm sure Obama personally visited that school and gave them a direct order to sing praise to him.

:1orglaugh Even if he did it would be far more admirable than what the previous asshole did when informed our nation was under attack while reading in the school for the media opp.

Tom_PM 09-24-2009 01:57 PM

By the way, every other news organization has blurred out the faces of the children. Sometimes Fox just goes beyond any kind of common sense or basic decency.

PurrrsianPussyKat 09-24-2009 01:57 PM

My daughters high school teacher is making them watch a youtube video.. Obama's deadly sins or some shit.. It's 100% false information or shit that's twisted like when obama went to africa to speak out against aids and they claim he was there to campaign for his cousin.

It's not even facts.. so spare me a teacher made kids sing songs about obama.

MaDalton 09-24-2009 02:02 PM

i try to imagine what it would be like if german children had to sing a song about Chancellor Merkel... :helpme

I would rather have my kid singing Marxist platitudes to the dear leader Obama than listing to some Christian lunatic rant about fire and brimstone and abortion.......... but I would much prefer both brands of lunatic kept their idiocy to themselves. :winkwink:

Nikki_Licks 09-24-2009 02:19 PM

If my kid was being made to sing this shit, they would be pulled from school.

Fuck Obama :321GFY

so you are saying the inner-city semi-illiterate elementary school teachers are advancing a leftist indoctrination agenda?

otherwise, i don't get what you are suggesting. that inner-city semi-illiterates are smart enough to create their own leftist indoctrination plans but not smart enough to have a lesson plan?

not being a dick here, just thought the op was concerned about indoctrination, not the quality of instructors.

LiveDose 09-24-2009 02:31 PM

Reminds me of the 'diarrhea song' we used to sing as kids growing up.

BestXXXPorn 09-24-2009 02:37 PM

I would yank my kid out of that classroom so fast and threaten a lawsuit... if I had a kid and they were in that class :P

And if it was a song for Bush?

Perhaps it would have been better if the kids were a few years older and the president was just sending them off on a war based on lies?

A song promoting any political or religious agenda... EVEN IF I AGREE WITH IT... it's not their place to be teaching kids opinions as if they were fact. I realize that a certain amount of this is bound to occur but that video is way out of line...

u-Bob 09-24-2009 02:53 PM

Now couldn't a pledge of allegiance be construed as political? Are you ok with them forcing that?

This is all a hoax. It was obviously set up by ANTI-Obama people to make Obama and his supporters look bad.

I'm not sure what its like in the states but my mom is a teacher here in canada and she is not allowed to use youtube videos in the classroom as they can't control what goes in them.

No I'm not actually :P But it IS optional ... I decided on my own to stop reciting the pledge when I was in 6th grade...

Don't take that as me not being patriotic or anti-american though, I did serve in the USMC for four years and I vote every election ;)

theking 09-24-2009 03:05 PM

Hmm...it was black history month...and singing a song about the first black president in our history is indoctrination? I think not.

epitome 09-24-2009 03:06 PM

20 kids out of how many tens of millions?

Oh noz everyone pan1c!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

Ask any Republican what they think about Reagan and you'll see who they think the Messiah is. The guy that started us down the road we find ourselves on now.

Ok wiseass. OK first of all the kids are singing HUSSIEN. No Obama supporter would ever mention that name, let alone have kids sing it. Remember all the bitching and moaning Obama supporters did when republicans kept mentioning it? Now I'm supposed to believe Obama supporters think it's hunky dorry now? Also it was "conveniently" recorded and uploaded on Youtube.

i was simply inquiring about your comment in an effort to understand it better, to have some dialogue.

i wasn't clear where you were going or what your intent was, so i asked.

too bad you take that as an invite to try and insult. i am not at all confused by the vidoes and yes, i will take your suggestion and move on to a subject suited to my cognitive ability to carry on a conversation with rational adults.

The woman leading the signing wrote a childrens book about Obama. She also claims to be a "classmate" of Obama's. Might want to get some facts before you start conspiracies. Also the principal of the school has already admitted that the teacher had them sing these songs in praise of Obama during Black History Month. :winkwink:
