You guys are a bunch of stealing thieving fucking pricks. It's bad enough you stole my content and put em on your site which I have DMCA'd you guys for, but now it's popping up on other free sites, and when I ask them to take it down I get responses like this:


Fuck you theiving pricks, cause now I got to go find all your affiliate's sites, DMCA them as well.


affiliates, this is what happens when you promote 100% illegal sponsors that steal pics and post shit they have no rights to NOR have any id's for any of the models, pratcially guaranteeing you have CP all over your sites.

it is getting bad, luckily my legal war chest is getting big enough that I'm just gonna start suing very soon. Just sucks that some of their affiliates are gonna end up losing their shit because of irresponsible thieving sponsors.

start suing it does not matter. most the gf sites will claim they were uploaded from members. If you cant stop a tube you cant stop a gf site either. I dont agree with it nor would i do it but yeah thats where we are at.

unlike tube sites, these sites have no upload automated systems, they all require the webmasters to review the pictures, and place them on the site, it's a bit different.

The affiliates can't edit FHGs.

Stealing is bad, there is no doubt about that, i just dont understand why nothing is done on those forums that carry everybody 's content. how about rapidshare?

I go after all of them on a daily basis, most I know with sites do, problem is boards are easy able to hide behind "it's not us it's our members" Rapidshare services get a blanket being just hosts and not editors, whereas with EXGF/GF sites they are actively going out and yanking content from multiple sources, editing them, and manually placing it on the site.

no surprise there, i have seen lots of threads about them and gossip kings. if i am not mistaken they stole some stuff from vivid, or maybe it was hustler.

either way, that guy marc womack owes a fuck ton of people money from when they ran away with the madison ave money that they never addressed.
