This adobe air app I been using for a while now, its pretty handy, and none the less free.

You can take screenshots, export just the sound, export the video without sound, cut the videos, and much more.

Looks good, but the comments on the page make me think twice. Seems to be buggy to a lot of people on different systems. I'll give it a shot for myself tho!
