I'm just throwing this up here free form, you guys can post whatever you want:

diet plans, status updates, success stories, before and after shots, inspirational pics, etc.

Here's what I'm looking at-

Diet Type- restricted calorie intake, increased exercise & physical activity
Start Date- September 28th
Goal- 10 - 15 lbs by October 31st, 35lbs by year's end :thumbsup

My challenge will be that I don't eat meat other than seafood and that because of the ulcers I can't do raw veggies. No adkins diet here.

I don't have it that bad though, I already can't eat alot of fatty foods so I'm not making a huge lifestyle change. Just cutting back on the junk and trying to be a little more active.

This is also a great month for me because I'll be doing lots of manual labor trying to print shirts over the next two weeks getting ready for the Screamfest / Spooky Empire show :thumbsup

I have dropped 34lbs in the last year. I intend to drop another 40 in 12 months time.

Well, I had to renovate a house for about 10 months which meant I had to cycle 30 minutes to get there, and 30 minutes to get back, every day. On top of that, lots of construction work. But AFTER that I kept up by eating less, doing daily walks, many times 2 walks a day of about an hour.

Some days an extra hour of cycling.

Key is: excercise

Not for the first few weeks, especially when you are a fat ass like me :)

It has been dropping slower and slower. I cut my calorie count into about 1/3 what I was eating. A lot of initial loss is water. I am expecting to be in the 2-3 lb per week mode now.

the water is a huge part in the beginning, I can remember wrestlers in high school dropping 5-6 lbs overnight
