I don't have it that bad though, I already can't eat alot of fatty foods so I'm not making a huge lifestyle change. Just cutting back on the junk and trying to be a little more active. This is also a great month for me because I'll be doing lots of manual labor trying to print shirts over the next two weeks getting ready for the Screamfest / Spooky Empire show :thumbsup |
I have dropped 34lbs in the last year. I intend to drop another 40 in 12 months time.

Well, I had to renovate a house for about 10 months which meant I had to cycle 30 minutes to get there, and 30 minutes to get back, every day. On top of that, lots of construction work. But AFTER that I kept up by eating less, doing daily walks, many times 2 walks a day of about an hour. Some days an extra hour of cycling. Key is: excercise |
