Possible tube theft prevention > Track your (flash) vids
Just found this:
MochiBot is a Flash traffic monitoring tool that tracks the performance of individual Flash content files no matter where they end up on the web. Mochibot is completely free and it works very easy. Just put some Actionscript code into your flash file and it will be ready to be tracked. If you give out FLV's to your affs or provide them to tubes you can track them with this tool. Just a thought. |
Hmm... here I thought tubes were taking wmv's and avi's and mpg's from members areas and converting them. Same with dvd scenes.
I must be an idiot. |

We dont bother spending all that time. Its not worth it. Here is my view to this....if a site is dead ( no traffic ), there are no damages, if a site is active and has traffic , believe me we will know about them. And will file a complaint ;-)....
I think everyone is underestimating the seriousness of damages to copyright and wont want the legal hassles...so most serious business owners in this industry cant afford to risk such mistakes....wont make it. At least in the long run.... :2 cents: |
that is mostly for the webmasters who will be paying for the bandwidth bill... and not really for the content owners...
