Google makes it easier to find Forum posts
http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2009/...h-results.html
Today, we introduced a new search feature that makes it easier for you to find forum posts or discussions related to what you're searching for. This new addition to Google search results applies to sites that tend to have a large number of posts on a specific topic. When several different discussions on a site are relevant to your query, we indent them under the primary result and include the date of each post. What do you think about the funky dates? |

Hell yeah! There's always those times when you need to find discussions based on your search, I used to just type in 'forums' along with the search because that's usually in the title tag.

Yet another step in Google's incorporation of social media search. Nothing more social (and old school) than forums. Come to think of it, most social network models are based on some elements of the old online forum/messageboard :)

I like it and think the dates next to the posts are relevant.

All times are GMT -7. The time now is 12:13 PM. |
