Ever woken up with a headache?

I woke up this morning to the feeling my head was going to explode. Very strange to have one that apparently started in my sleep.

Nothing to do with drink!

Yay for a job where you can work from bed.

Do you have a lot of electronic appliances in your bedroom? You might want to take those out of there... (just guessing).

Why would that cause a headache?

They stimulate your pineal gland and won't let you rest well...

Got any links to any research on that? I can't find anything on google that looks at all respectable. I'd be interested if you had anything.

no, never!
Seems strange to be waking up with a headache...as long as it isnt the headache thats the cause of you waking up!

Emil 10-02-2009 06:49 AM

No, I've never had a headache in my whole life. :)

spazlabz 10-02-2009 06:51 AM

the temperature in your room could be a little too cold and/or as you slept the pillow might have moved and had you head and neck in a bad position. I get them all the time

6 Days a week I wakew up with headaches. I am a chronic sufferer. When they are so bad I can't funtion, I use an anti inflammatory along with over the counter pain killers to help. Somethimes they do, sometimes they don't. I've had every test/scan/xray under the sun and still no solution. Bottom line is, I al just unlucky enough to suffer chronically.

It's more related to feng-shui, I'm not a "holystic" person but this advice indeed helped me and others...
