ok I have seen alot of websites that work on submissions, but do not require any model release forms.. is that legal?? like modelsplash.com only requires them to send in an ID. if it is legal how do they get away with it?

ok so they use there Terms of Service basically as the model release form.. and a digital signature.. any ideas how this can stick to the actual file uploaded.. for legal proof if the man comes knocking at your door??
