The most you'll be able to get for that name is $3k. I don't even think you'll get that though.

Had people offer me 75K range and joint ventures over the years.. looking for a little more to get rid of it.

I've sold a .biz for $8k that was very nice but far worse than sex.biz.

Having said that, I don't think any .biz is a 6-figure name. Good luck to the OP though, one of the better names posted here in recent times.

Thanks, and yes I know it will bring in at least mid 100K's. Sex.com sold for 14mil or so, and for the adult affiliate program owner looking for the perfect brand, this is the best it gets.

Have you heard the online sex business isn't doing so well lately?

I've never seen a .biz go for more than $13,600 over the past few years.
That being said, sex.biz could become the highest selling .biz in history with the right buyer.

As for brokers, I myself have brokered names in the $XX,XXX range and have references here on GFY. However I would pass on any energy spent to sell this particular name at a $XXX,XXX price.

I broker too and that pretty much sums up my thoughts on it as well. Nice and 6-figure nice are two different beasts. You could get a niche-killer .com with probably tons of type-in traffic for the price you're seeking. Still, surely some program could fork it out to make use of this.

I would go with Sedo, RickLatona.com, or Moniker (Live auction only, if they stick your name in the extended online auction it will get lost with the other couple thousand names). They have adult only auctions twice a year, but this could be added to any one of their auctions.

I would also take any advice Juilan gives, from reading his posts regarding domains on GFY...he does know a lot about the industry.

Show me a .biz Rick has ever cared about.

It's true he doesn't touch mobi, info, biz or some gTLD names but speculative domainers with serious cash exist that are not named Rick Latona.

Just some suggestions, I get Ricks emails and was tempted 2 weeks ago when he offered Watches.com for 10k, but figured it would set me back for a while since I dont have spare change like that.

I cant find a use for .mobi, and I also think .info, .biz, and .me are worthless. I do own a couple .infos though and for 89 pennies at gdaddy....I picked up JapanesePussy.info last night, must have been dropped. :thumbsup
