In a copyright sense, probably not but celebrities have very limited privacy rights or even rights limit the use of their likeness.

We are just filed a motion in opposition to a motion to dismiss over this very issue in a celebrity copyright and misappropriation of likeness case. We represent a latin pop-star who had her wedding pictures stolen and published in a international magazine.
