what is the best hosting website? (screenshots inside)

im a huge believer that peoples first impressions of your business is your website

im trying to figure out the strongest/state-of-the-art/converts-well hosting websites out there to analyze, which do you think is the cleanest/freshest/most effective? or any others that are good, im pretty sure i got the best of the best here, all large/semi-large mainstream hosts

no offense, have not seen any adult hosts that even come close to these, post a url if anyone disagrees

Aplus is a bunch of spammers... give give em your e-mail address and you'll be constantly bugged about moving your domains over, or whatever the deal of the week is....

you're talking about which of those hosts has the best website design for their hosting services OR who's the best to be hosting your websites?

those are all pretty solid website designs - Softlayer's with almost no graphics gets down to business, rackspace's is trendy with the rough cutout of the nerdy tech - i like it.

Peer1 - don't think that style of cartoon is great for a web hosting company.

Design doesn't matter, you can have a blank page with a text logo and a link saying "signup here" that takes you to a form to get a server going. As long as your services are awesome, I'll use you.

i know techiemedia and mojohost - both don't have the most sophisticated websites but both provide excellent hosting. that's what's counts for me.

Cyber Fucker 10-11-2009 07:44 PM

imo most of them looks like a crap...

DateDoc 10-11-2009 07:58 PM

Choopa and MediaTemple both have pretty websites and are good hosts

but their service is not great as their web site...
- mysql is often down
- I have some FTP problems that they don't know how to solve
- sites not loading very fast...

fuck best design
Give me good support and good prices

Lace 10-16-2009 09:42 AM

All of those sites look to be trying to do the 'web 2.0' thing and don't really focus on the product IMO. A general glance over the designs give me no idea that it's a host unless I read. Very bland.
