nope. no physical goods. only memberships or credit purchases ( and they come in 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 USD or EUR )

Well actualy it is but however for toys you can use paypal, I know I was surprised too since they don't allow VOD/CAMS/etc but toys/dvd is something they do accept ( for proof search for sex toys on ebay :) ).
