Epassporte MESS!
 
I lost my card, cancelled it.

Paid all the fee's to get a new one sent 2/3 days express! Get the card, the expiration date is for 01/10....LOL! Tried to activate the damn thing..... it will NOT accept the expiration date and now it's blocked, called epassporte (again) 2/3 days for someone to figure out what the hell is wrong with the expiration date!!!!

WTG epassporte! I can't believe the customer service with this company...I could scream!

The card is blocked because you lost you previous card.
The expiration date is always the same on the card since it follows the virtual card.
Please email me your UserID and I will look into it.
