Looking for anyone who cant point me in the right direction as far as buying mailing lists that would convert well in terms of cams live cams. thanks

Stay away from that. Most programs will never allow you to promote them that way. check their TOS before you try.

If however you are promoting your own cam site, watch out you don't get sued doing that.

Don't know about mailing lists, but you can get traffic from Webcam sites at Traffic Holder and Juicy Ads.
