Website is an Escort Directory, it serves Canada and recently the US. I'm looking for a review of the site with recommendations for improvement in the organic search area, so onpage issues, technical issues with the site etc.

I see alot of your back links need to be improved and this will help ALOT for starters... your anchor text needs to be targeted and I see ALOT of banner linking to you, you need to add text to the bottom of this banner that your partners link to and target a hand full of keywords, I see you have several keywords linking to you..

for anchor text back links I think you should stick to " vancouver escorts, calgary escorts, toronto escorts, montreal escorts" for keywords without doing much keyword research, which you might look into...

create a couple sub domains around your keywords...above..
