Yeah it's definately hard to find them, especially decent one's.

Is there anymore at all?

I guess clicks matter less than conversions -> too much click fraud.

There was way too much fraud with PPC programs. I don't know of any.

I've just started using premier-blind actually. seem pretty good so far.

:) That's my fault, I forgot to tell you to remove the filters. They are definitely all in the database though.
