What are the issues with using trademarks?
 

So what are the issues with using trademarks in promoting as as affiliate? Domain names that include the trademark? Meta tags that include the trademark? Text on the site that includes the trademark? Graphics? Images? Look & Feel on sites and banners?

For example, if we wanted to create a site to promote "Amazon" which of these would be a problem? (And not for a mainstream site like Amazon, but for the adult internet specifically).

-erosamazon.net
-meta tags including the term amazon
-text on the site that says "Welcome to Eros Amazon"
-graphic on the site that looks like an Amazon logo
-image on the site that contains the Amazon color scheme
-banner on the site that contains an image of a product sold by Amazon

It seems opinions vary a bit from person to person as well as company to company so I'm wondering if there will be any consensus here!
