Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Apparently they look like raised brown moles, at the bottom of the shaft, and there are around 8 of them. They do not hurt, no razor blade piss, etc..

Any ideas?

i had a friend in college that had it and thats all it turned out to be. the doc told him it wasnt warts (so i allowed him back into my dorm room to hang out lol), but rather just a form of HPV
