win big, they give you the best rooms. otherwise you end up in el cheapo rooms like i always stayed in cuz i never won shit in vegas

There are a bunch of vegas coupon code sites though which post the best promos. The best sites are always changing so just do some google for "vegas coupon codes" and see what you can find. Also, there is an ongoing thread on the travel forum Flyer Talk (I won't link another forum lol) which has the best coupon codes.

When you check in, slip the cashier a folded $20 with your ID and credit card and ask if there are any complimentary upgrades available, and you will usually get bumped to a better room.

call your host ..

get a players card and sit at the slots with $100 bucks (play the $.25 machines). Play for about an hour, then go to the casino host and ask for a discounted/free room. if its during the week, good chance they will comp you a room.

I play at Harrahs, they have a lot of casinos in Vegas and your best bet for a free room is at the IP or Harrahs
