FLing.com is using our copyrighted images to promote their site on their banners and tour. Anyone giving them permission??

These are just a few girls that i found. Fuck this shit, i never gave them permission to use my images. No response to date via email to their lawyer and CC'd it to webmaster at hugetraffic.com to remove my SweetApples.com photos.

i do ads for dating sites and man, i am always surprised at how many of the pics are simply not real LOL

they have huge fraud department. so send em an email, it will get cleared up homie

Thats not the issue. THe real issue is that they are using copyrighted images to promote their site without our consent.

Fling respects intellectual property and uses member uploaded photos to promote the site. We received a notice over the weekend and took immediate action monday. You can always contact our support bu opening a trouble ticket here.

i'm an owner of a local dating site. you would be surprised to see the amount of users using fake pictures for their profiles. mostly photos of popular and less popular porn models. i have a hard time daily trying to delete and find all of them.

So i'm supposed to go thru your entire site and keep refreshing the pages to find my own photos? How is that fair? Why not do the RIGHT thing and acutally BUY the rights to images???

Member submitted images, thats the stupiedist thing i've ever heard. So whats stopping you from posting an image of an underage girl on your site to promote fling?

You would think that a huge company like hugetraffic would be a little more careful than that. Or maybe its all just about sales?

I don't know if you feel like spending time and money on this, but could be a case for an industry attorney like PornLaw. If you can prove it, the penalties for someone else using your copyrighted images are substantial. Their claim that the photos were user submitted is almost transparent nonsense. Maybe a good attorney can find a way to prove that by direct evidence or by inference.

Ive seen a girl on one of there banners, it said she was in Bournemouth & I know that she is certainly not. The picture was a picture used on a gallery for another website.

Im hoping they have none of our content. Its bad! A big company like that should not do this!!!
