best way to clean laptop screen?
I am pretty careless with them, and just cleaned it and noticing little scratches when the light shines on it.
What is the best and safest way to clean a laptop screen? |
There is a special screen-cleaner on the market, I don't know the name in english, I don't even know the name in my own language, but if you would just clean your screen every now and then with a soft moist cloth then you wouldn't need it in the first place. Once you have scratches then I don't think you can get rid of those, so it's better to avoid them by simply cleaning your screen gently every week or so.

I use lens cleaner. Recommended for all lenses including anti-reflection plastic and glass.

i use a soft white tshirt with water and plain white vinegar, works great

get one of those lens cleaning cloths, they do not scratch. Then I also use the same sort of cleaners made for laptop screens.
Oddly I often use GFY to find speckles of dirt on my laptop screen. Someone will post a naked chick and I will slowly side my screen up and down too see if any moles move. |
Along the same lines, a Swiffer works great for cleaning both computer screens and components. It allows you to remove dust without smearing everything up.

i use a clean moist sock :1orglaugh

I have something for LCD tv screens. It's like a gel spray and a micro-fiber cloth. Works great on all of my monitors and my TV :thumbsup They probably have something like this on Amazon.
