wondering this and havent found the answer so im calling seo gurus for :helpme

on siteA.com, is the link http://join.natsprogram.com/trackid.php (nats domain that redirects to siteB.com) considered a LINK in seo/google terms between siteA.com and siteB.com?

with this link in place on the site would it make sense to setup one way links from siteA.com to siteB.com or is that pointless due them the sites being linked via http://track.affiliatetracker.com/trackid.php redirecting to siteB
