" We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing ... "

I can hear that frequently... Hosting, Financial institutions, Services, and others... do you think that old times when they offereed free bandwith, extra interest or extra services are gone? I mean we know you are sorry but it's hurting our business, why don't you go and add some extra stuff on the plate? You have no competition or what?

nothing I hate worse than when I go to check my bank accounts at 12-2am and they are ALWAYS DOING SOME SORT OF FUCKING MAINTENANCE.

ALSO at this day and age with 24hr gyms and grocery stores, etc, etc why can't there be one person running a drive thru window 24/7 at banks?

People still go to the bank in this day and age of ATMs, direct deposits and online transfers?

I haven't been in a bank since I signed up for my account.

Depends on the company, there are still some companies out there who go the extra mile to make things right...

Just because online maintenance is down doesn't mean that your account isn't accessible via phone. Try it, that's what I do.

If it doesn't work, switch banks and ask them before hand. Alt-QQ

If I ever have a problem with my T-mobile phone, they go out of their way to give me bonus minutes and other stuff to compensate.

There's still companies with good customer service out there :2 cents:

I remember the days when banks would literally give you free gifts for opening accounts. Now they dont know how to prevent a dollar from *losing* value.
