click the domain you are trying to modify, then on the right, transfer dns to a webhost

Are you trying to set the nameservers for a domain? Like mydomain.com uses ns1.myhost.com and ns2.myhost.com?

Or, are you trying to set nameserver host records? you want to set an ip for ns1.mydomain.com etc?

log into namecheap, click on my domains. Pick the domain out of the list and click on the domain name. Left side menu, click on "Domain Name Server Setup" and you can enter up to 5 nameservers.

CYF 10-22-2009 10:49 PM

or to do multiple domains at the same time, click on the check box next to each domain, click "Edit Selected" button on the bottom of the page, then choose Modify Nameservers

Yea, namecheap has confused me in the past too... Their interface navigation isnt the easiest to manage. But in the end they have everything you need in there somewhere :thumbsup
