College Fuck Fest SPAM FRIENDLY?

I've been seeing TONS of CFF spam on messageboard forums and email forums. Does CFF allow this type of promo? No opt ins?

Every program is spam friendly, you just have to talk to them and be able to deliver enough signups. Do you really think anyone spends 100k+ at webmaster shows to get your TGP traffic?

(for the record, I'm not a spammer, I just know everything)

Hi,

Well 'ads' aren't so great on us hosted servers, but for us, we have one of our sextoy stores set in europe for the webmasters that like to push there ads.

Nothing wrong with ads, just so minors don't get them.
