You aren't in the US, so I don't believe those rates will apply to you.

Is really 750 and then 375 per year a lot? Like $90 per month in cost to be able to process VISA, It's something you really need that's for sure :) And if your client ever considers taking on some affiliates, CCBill is definitely better than Zombaio or Verotel.
