T-mobile, your opinion?
I'm sick of sprint which just plain sucks ass. T-mobile seems to be the best option as they give 600 anytime minutes with unlimited nights and weekends for $39.99/mo. But with cell phones you can't tell a book by its cover, so if any of you have t-mobile, or a service other than sprint, please post your opinion, and please, the reason why! Also, please indicate your location as that seems to be an important factor.

I love it,great reception EVERYWHERE and seems to get a lot more calls out and thru than my old sprint plan did... AIM feature that comes with it has came in handy for business too :winkwink:

isn't that the company with that hottie in the commercials?

One of the girls who goes out and does model interviews for me has a T-mobile camera phone. Like girls who are too nervous to come into the office. The pics aren't super high quality but enough to get an idea. She just emails me a pic when she meets them so I can see if they are like a real skank or not and tell her on the spot what the rate would be for them. It's pretty sleek and she's never had any service trouble with them. Unfortunately they aren't compatible with my Hello Kitty cell phone so I'm not going over anytime soon:-(

I'm fucking tired of bullshit cell phone companies advertising $40 plans. I use 3000 minutes every month and for that I want a good deal. :feels-hot

think that they are pretty good so far... but not to many minutes, and also for some reason service in my house sucks but it is good anywhere outside

Something that I noticed...
I've been on Verizon for 2 years or so.. I just "upgraded" my phone from my Qualcomm brick to one of those little tiny ones. They said that I needed to upgrade to a tri-mode phone if I wanted to change my plan. New phone blows. I'm gonna have to figure out how to get my old one working again. I wonder how much bitching about cellphone providers is really bitching about shitty equipment. :2 cents: |
go with t-mobile if u are planning on usin your phone internationally (they are the only carrier on gsm right now). outside of that, fuck with cingular or 1 of the other boobs... they're all pretty much the same w/various spins on advertising.

i just signed up with them last month and am already regreting it. they suck ass...

They are better then sprint in chicago. |
My sister has a t-mobile plan in NYC and she is happy... Though like a few in this thread her connection is not as good in her apartment.
I agree that equipment has a lot to do with quality. I have a Samsung phone with Sprint and it is awesome. Indoors and out. I also have a Nextel which I am always talking on indoors and it is great as well... Good luck with your search. |
