hypothetical- you and your friends are at an event & 1 of you spills a beer.
 

so you are all at a sporting event, hooting/hollering, getting up, clapping, etc. you know, good times.

and you spill a plastic cup of beer during the fun, not a full beer, doesn't soak anything/anyone.

and one of your guy friends makes a BIG spectacle of it, yelling and pointing it out to the crowd and pointing back at you and laughing, carrying on for a bit about it.

is that cool/funny?

how would you handle it if you were the spiller? or one of the other friends there? or the pointer-outer?

Anyway, pretty lame. I would ignore it at the game, probably call the guy out afterwards, then not go to another game with him. There are plenty of "friends" that don't act like frat boys.

8/10 times i drop my beer on a night out, because i hold it by myside and not infront of me like a protection shield.

Occasionally get a whooooooo and a cheer, but still its just a spilt beer and as the saying goes "dont cry over spilt milk"

My friends are not like that.
They would not point it out and laugh about it if no one got drenched in it. No way funny enough unless someone gets wet and maybe even falls down.

on the other hand

you spilled a perfectly good beer and you are bitter about your friend correcting you? if your reaction is to either dump beer on him or 'slap a beer out of his hand' then i don't think that dude would be missing out on much
