Anyone see CBC News bitchslap Pin Submit offers last night?

Straight up bitch slapping PIN Submits on their little consumer advocacy segment last night. Could this be the start to a slippery slope for those promoting mainstream mobile offers? It seems as though one negative consumer report always leads to the next. Really though, with all the bad press acai has been getting for ever now, it hasn't seemed to derail that gravytrain quite yet.

Cell phones are a little more popular than Acai.

Yes they are. So would you expect the consumer report backlash against PIN submits to be larger and more effective, or for things to generally just brush on by in such a massive market?

I can't see PIN submits dying off any time soon. But it'll be interesting to see if the consumer news reports keep flowing in this area. I mean, if people see a consumer report cutting down PIN submits, that's something they're more likely to make a connection to and remember than perhaps some oddball weightloss supplement. No?

Will be interesting to see where things go from here. Those crush offers were killing it for a while on Facebook.

I'm blown away by the number of people surfing and buying via cell phones. I just read this article that says 35.6 million people use Opera Mini (Mobile browser)
