Serious post:

With the economy in shit , from my personal life I have seen a lot of fucking people who are flat out devastated and pretty much really shit out of luck.... Few of my friends really dont go out anymore cause they really have "no money" or unemployed and it makes me appreciate that I am financially do good (I ain't saying I am a baller or billionaire) but rather living comfortably...and can enjoy life. I have brought on some of my friends to work part time to help them out in our warehouse just so they can have some sort of money rolling in..

i am sure alot of you do not really realize how fucked shit is right now and try to help out friends or whatever if you can ...give some back cause it will come back to you 2 fold :)

People spend wayyyy too much money, more than they make in many cases.

When things go to shit its their fault that they didn't take care to ensure survival.

Of course that's not the case of everyone, but most of the people I see crying now are the ones who were buying boats and new cars and houses a couple years ago.. now they have no money and their bad spending habits still remain.


I'll never forget someone I bought a new computer for -- who then turned around to sell it a couple years ago before they had even paid me back for it -- and had no intentions of giving me the money. ugh.

I knew someone who was driving a porsche one of those top end ones but the fucker could barely afford to put gas in it and barely could make the payments.. I agree people sometimes cant live in their means

never really left it man , been hands off for a few years and in my brothers hands but it has grown and I am last few months taking a stronger role in it cause frankly people we hired to do the sales and stuff didnt work out and we decided to keep it in the family

true dat brudda. we are lucky. lots of people here in cali don't have shit anymore. it's pretty bad in some spots. glad i never really put on my plastic player hat. always have let my money just sit in the bank instead of buying crazy cars and shit. this bmw i'm getting next week is the first thing i've bought myself that could be considered baller in probably 15 years. i have found myself more willing to give people panhandling on the street money lately, especially the ones who don't look like they should be doing it. i'm no rich guy, but i consider myself pretty comfortable for the times. coming into the holidays its tough to look at whats happened to some people. i will be making donations to the local charities this season for sure. the people who will benefit will appreciate it, and they don't need to know where it came from, only that someone else out there cares if they eat or not.

nice post but many in this industry are pretty much devastated financially as well and it's not just the economy that's killing off people in this industry - we all know who's responsible and instead of ostracizing them or better yet breaking their legs we sell them nice advertising so they can advance themselves further at the expense of the rest of us.

2010 is going to be a bloodbath in porn, the only people who will survive are those who are in this as a part time thing and shits and giggles meaning they just enjoy it, those who absolutely have no other options and making a thousand dollars a month is better than nothing and those that are pretty well established who even though they are making less than half of what they once were are still making good money.
