I am 100% getting out of adult. I have too much other stuff going on, the ROI on adult is as low as it's ever been, and honestly after 9 years, if I never saw someone other than myself engaged in a sex act, it would be too soon.

This kind of all needs to go together as a package to make any sense, as I'll explain below.

The script is unencoded and you own it, you can do pretty much anything you want with it (except resell it) You can have Konrad customize it for you or you can have your own people do it.

Site gets around 3K uniques per day per google analytics. (1/3 direct, 1/3 search engines, 1/3 links from the network)
The tube is what the GFY peanut gallery would call "legal", all of the non sponsor videos are purchased content that is licensed to be used on that domain.

19 wordpress blogs. These have some RSS feed posts but are mostly either handwritten or posts that used sponsor text but were made following our own unique format.

The blogs really need to go with the tube because they embed videos from the tube site in the posts, and the posts are used to promote both the sponsor who made the video and the tube site itself.
There is also a copy of autobloggerpro stand alone on one of these domains, if you want to use it to dish out RSS feeds to other sites. I don't use it anymore, but it's there if you want it.

They are all on unique IP's, spread out over multiple class C's, and they link to each other, the blogs, and the tube site in an A>B>C format. (I'm pretty sure there are 16 domains per C, and then the next 16 are on another C, etc. The C's are also non sequential, if that matters to you)

The whole thing is hosted on a dedicated box at Reflected Networks, at favorable terms. The easiest way to do a deal would be for the buyer to just take over the server at Reflected, and to take over my moniker account, which is where all of these domains are registered.

BTW, almost all of the domains have a good year or more left in their registrations. I did the feeder site project about this time last year and registered them all for 2 years when I got them.

The whole network has made 1 signup per day for the past 3 months, with zero work done on my part. No new blog posts, the tube is on auto pilot, no new gallery spots, etc.

I think fair value is low XX,XXX.....but since I know this is a buyers market, I'll consider an offer in the high X,XXX range.

I'm working on getting together a full list of the feeder sites with IP addresses and public webalizer stats. I will pass that info along to anyone who is interested.

All of the IP's and spreading out and whatnot was included at no extra charge.

So on a pure net profit basis it looks like $750 a month without doing any work.
I would guess that whoever bought this would work on updating the blogs and the tube site with fresh content and increase the sales....plus there are a couple of good undeveloped domains in the deal as well. :2 cents:

I think you are over-valuing your network, which is understandable considering the work you have put in; can't blame you. Really though, in spite of your past performance in the industry, it sounds like (from what you say) they have only a solid 3 months, which is what the valuation should be based on imo.

Konrad's script alone costs a minimum of $1500. Some of the domains have value on their own even without traffic and sales.

I'm sure some people are going to try to rape me with insulting offers, a few of you already have. I'm not desperate for cash and I have no problem continuing to just collect the checks from the sales and let the domains that don't have any intrinsic value expire over time.

On the other hand, money today is better than money tomorrow, and with the new project I'm starting I'll be away alot and it would be nice to just make a clean break from adult altogether and not have to spend time worrying about what the current wordpress exploit is so I can make sure I'm patched or what next thing the government may or may not try to do regarding obscenity etc etc.

I'm open to reasonable offers but I wasn't kidding when I said high X,XXX. Anything less than that, don't bother wasting your or my time.

Also, regarding your 3 months remark....it's not like these domains are 3 months old or only have 3 months worth of traffic history....it's just that about 5 months ago is when I stopped working them altogether.....so the last 3 months is a reflection of what the long tail traffic is for the sites, and it's likely to stay at or exceed these levels of traffic and sales long term, even if you do nothing with them other than change out the link codes.

Anything prior to 3 months ago will have a mixture of paid for traffic and active link exchanges and things of that nature, which is why I didn't say "hey these domains made 80,000 in the past 12 months", because that's not an accurate reflection of what the buyer will get.
