Jus talked to my buddy who lives in Aspen Colorado, and I asked him what was up last night and he said he had a few people over and was waiting for the Weed, pizza and DVD delivery guy. I was like "WTF" and he explained that the house he was at was like 1 block out of the radius of any of the local pizza places delivery routes so the only way to get pizza is to order pizza with a pot delivery from his local legal pot dispensary.

The local pot dispensaries have become so competitive that they now deliver all three to your door at the same time if you sign up as one of their clients. I asked him how the fuck he got a legal prescription for weed since he's a healthy guy and he laughed and said the local places have doctors on site and for $50 appointment you just tell em something hurts and they give you a script.

but yes in cali, you can have food and drugs delivered to your home.

hell I used to order pot and booze delivery when i was too drunk to drive id have them deliver more.

well ive been involved in the medical marijuana scene for well over decade now. Nothing illegal or wrong with doing what helps others and I made choice to stand with the patients a very long time ago. Some of my friends in Cali grow the best pot on this Earth. And do so legally. Having them deliver it to me was a blessing.

We had weed delivery service in NYC 15 years ago. I'm sure it's been going on much longer than that.

Please do not confuse the two movements. You are more a general legalist hiding behind the guise of the medically needy. If I am wrong please show up your battle scars of what you have done that can be publically verified, or at least double checked against some of the real original movement people.

There is plenty wrong when people confuse the two. I personally have ZERO issue with full decriminalization of drugs but I do not confuse the medical movement with the decriminalization movement.
These quack doctors that are witting scripts for everyone, though still few will comply with actual CA law. The majority of these dispensaries as well are nothing but quasi legal dealer fronts.

They will only cause harm and public backlash once the busts do start rolling. Yes there are in the process of rolling out a lot of busts in CA right now - with Obama's support as they are illegal operations. I was allowed to read the DEA transcript/notice to the local sheriffs in our city, just told I could not have a copy. I can say it is a CA wide sweep.
